To begin this exciting adventure, we'll stop by a clothing rental shop so you can rent specialized snowsuits and enjoy the ultimate cold-weather experience with all the necessary gear. We'll also have time for a morning coffee to recharge for the rest of the day.

When to book: You can book up to 24 hours before the start of the tour; however, during peak season, places fill up quickly, so we need to check availability (if you need a tour urgently).
How to make a reservation: You can book through our website or WhatsApp. If you have any questions, our consultants can help you make your booking easier.
We require a 50% deposit to process your booking and secure your spot on the tour. This payment can be made via WebPay, and the remaining balance can be paid via payment link or in cash. (We accept Chilean pesos, US dollars, and Brazilian reais).
Voucher: Your payment and booking confirmation will be automatically sent to your email address.
Cancellation or change policy:
If the visitor wants to cancel the tour and needs a refund, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 72 hours, provided that the deadlines of the request are met.
If the visitor needs to change the tour, they can do so 24 hours in advance, to check availability and the payment difference for the new choice.
